  • Verifying your email list is an important step to improving your data quality. Over time good email addresses go bad. When an email address is bad, it will hard bounce. Anytime you get a hard bounces, or a spam complaint it hurts your email reputation. We aim to help you eliminate your hard bounces, reduce your spam complaints and minimize fraud to boost your deliverability.
  • Do you check international email addresses?
  • We check all email addresses globally. We also check both B2B and B2C email addresses.
  • What is the turnaround time on a file?
  • This depends on how large your file is, and the type of data within your file. If your file size is less than 10k it typically takes less than 20 minutes to get you back the results. If your file is 100k you can expect to see it back within 4-6 hours.
  • What kind of file format does Xverify accept?
  • For email verification files please make sure that the column which contains your email addresses has a header of the word ‘email’. You can have other columns of data in your file, we don’t do anything with those. Make sure your file is also saved in a .CSV format, and you are ready to upload. If your file size is less than 100k records you can upload it through our web uploader tool, but if your file is larger than 100k we recommend that you FTP your file for processing.

  • A spam complainer is someone that marks email messages as spam. Whenever you get a spam complaint it damages your senderscore.
